**Introduction to Our Booking Policies:**

At our studio, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and helping you achieve your beauty goals. We look forward to working with you to create stunning results through our Microblading services.

Please note that our artist's procedures can take up to 3 hours, and we only schedule two Microblading sessions a day. This limited availability is why we require non-refundable deposits and ask that our artist's time be respected. Last-minute cancellations make it challenging for us to fill that slot, impacting our ability to accommodate other clients effectively. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to deliver top-quality service and results.

**Our cancellation policy has been revised as follows. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled with less than 7 days notice, the client will not lose their deposit as long as they pay for the service in full, the day it was originally scheduled for. They may then change the date free of charge and will not owe anything else at the time of their new appointment.

**Booking Policies:**

**Cancellations and No Shows:**
- Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable.
- If you fail to show up to your appointment, our artist is not able to rebook, and you will lose your reservation deposit. To reschedule, you will need to pay a new deposit.
- If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, your payment will be forfeited.
- If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Microblading deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 7 days notice.

**Parking:**
- We offer metered street parking or valet parking at the nearby Starbucks located on Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd.
- Tardiness is not tolerated. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals due to traffic, parking, or personal emergencies. If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule if you arrive late for your appointment.

**No Guests Policy:**
- We cannot allow guests in the studio while client treatments are ongoing. Please come to your appointment unaccompanied.
- Guests can wait nearby at nearby coffee shops, restaurants, or outdoor bars.
- California State Regulations prohibit anyone under the age of 18 from entering our studio. Guests needing assistance with carpooling may wait in the studio as long as they do not disrupt the procedure.

**Reservation Deposits:**
- A non-refundable deposit is required immediately to secure your spot. A 30% deposit is necessary to reserve your appointment, which will be applied towards the overall cost of your initial session.
- The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

**Touch-Ups:**
- Clients are responsible for scheduling their perfecting touch-up appointment if needed, between 6 and 12 weeks after the first session. Missing the touch-up may require scheduling a color boost, priced separately.
- Return clients receive priority booking over new clients for touch-ups.

**Waitlist:**
- If interested in being added to our waitlist, send a text request to 310-853-0744.

**VIP/Skip the Long Wait:**
- Book our service to secure an after-hours appointment with celebrity microblading artist Erica Kovitz within the next week. Contact our coordinator at 310-853-0744 to schedule your appointment.

**No Shows:**
- In the event of a no-show or you cancel the same day a cancellation fee of 30% of the remainder of your balance will be charged, and your reservation deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule, you will be required to pay the full amount in advance.

**Gratuities:**
- Tips for service are not obligatory but are highly valued and appreciated.
